Due to the nature of our food-based products, we understand that there is a possibility of spoilage during shipping. Therefore, we have a slightly different return policy for food-based items:

Food-based items: If you receive a food-based item that is faulty, damaged, spoiled or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund for the item. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of food-based items that have been opened or partially used, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, spoiled or not as described.

For all other non-food based items, our return policy is as follows:

Non-food based items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any item that has been opened or used, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@spicedeceylon.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
